On 05/11/2013, an arbitration meeting was called to resolve the dispute between the two parties locally, following the complaint filed by the plaintiff against the defendants on 27/1/2014 at Dupchanchia Police Station. The following conditional compromise was settled on the advice of the local chairman, UP members and dignitaries present in the meeting.


 


Terms of Compromise


1. If the defendants promise not to make any statement to the plaintiff's sister in the future, they will be bound by law and the mother prays to beat the plaintiff.


2. The plaintiff promised that the complaint lodged against the defendants at the Dupchanchia police station will be taken up by the plaintiff on his own responsibility.


3. Both plaintiffs and defendants agreed to the terms of the compromise.
